At Columbia University, I received my graduate degree in psychology and then completed two additional years of doctoral training in clinical psychology at Long Island University.
I am a former adjunct professor of psychology at the City University of New York. I have received training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Philadelphia, the Gottman Institute in Seattle and the Minuchin Family and Albert Ellis Centers in Manhattan. I provide complimentary initial telephone and Skype consultations to clients interested in working with me.

I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a Masters degree in social work from Hunter College School of Social Work.I also completed a post-Masters certificate program in advanced clinical social work at Hunter College.
