I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, and trauma. I practice from a person-centered approach and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship creates a foundation for growth and change. I enjoy utilizing interactive and experiential techniques tailored to meet a client’s individual needs. I work to create a safe space for clients to explore their lives, identify their strengths, build coping skills, and work towards healing.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut. I received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK.
