I am the Founder and CEO of Darien Wellness, which has been in business since 2014.
I work with companies, small businesses and individuals as a licensed therapist and executive coach.
With regard to businesses, I am typically hired to help teams, and sometimes individuals, communicate more effectively. I focus on better ways to collaborate and be open to new ideas–a typical stumbling block for companies large and small.
I also do the same for individual clients, with and without a diagnosis. I help people make better decisions. Better decisions about their lives, their career and their future. Together we identify problems and find scientifically-proven solutions to get better faster.
At Columbia University, I received my graduate degree in psychology. I then completed two additional years of doctoral training in clinical psychology at Long Island University. I also have advanced degrees in history and attended law school (I did not complete my JD).
I am a former adjunct professor of psychology at the City University of New York. I have received training at the Gottman Institue in Seattle and the Minuchin Family and Albert Ellis Centers in Manhattan.
