I work with frustrated men who want a better life at work or at home. Together we identify problems and find scientifically-proven solutions to get better faster. In addition to my adult practice, I also have advanced training and experience in adolescent psychology. I help get these guys on track and find the future that they want.
At Columbia University, I received my graduate degree in psychology and then completed two additional years of doctoral training in clinical psychology at Long Island University.
I am a former adjunct professor of psychology at the City University of New York. I have received training at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Philadelphia, the Gottman Institute in Seattle and the Minuchin Family and Albert Ellis Centers in Manhattan. I provide complimentary initial telephone and Skype consultations to clients interested in working with me.
