Are you feeling overwhelmed, lost or insecure? Are you recognizing patterns in your life that you hate but feel like you cannot change? Let’s work together to allow you to gain greater insight. I work collaboratively with clients to create a space of healing. I believe in the importance of tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs. Let's discover the ways that work best for you.

Therapy should be culturally responsive and be adjusted for each individual. I specialize working with adults and couples from various cultures as well as those from the LGBTQ community. I have experience working with clients struggling with trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, life adjustments, self-esteem and interpersonal conflict. I am a trauma informed clinician with training in IFS, psychodynamic, Somatic Experiencing, the Gottman Method, Compassionate Inquiry and CBT.

I am a Clinical Intern and I am working on completing my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Counseling at Albertus Magnus College. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Multicultural Psychology from the University of Massachusetts.
