I help adolescents and adults who are going through a difficult time managing stress and finding balance in their lives. I use a collaborative, supportive and strength-based approach to help individuals learn practical skills to better manage the stress in their lives.
I have clinical experience with college students, developmental disabilities (including Autism Spectrum Disorders) and many years in community mental health working with severe pathologies. I have successfully treated clinical depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal issues and substance abuse issues.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from New York University and a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University. I hold licensure as a licensed clinical social worker in the states of both Connecticut and New York.
