Therapy is a valuable avenue for individuals to enhance their self-awareness and gain a deeper understanding of the world around them. The interplay between emotions, thoughts, and behaviors can often result in feelings of frustration and therapy helps you better understand where those feelings come from and how to better control them. In my practice, I adopt a person-centered approach complemented by experiential techniques, which serve to foster heightened awareness and self-regulation.
I have obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University, and I am presently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the same institution.
