I take a holistic, mind-and-body approach to therapy, integrating insight-oriented work with somatic practices such as breathwork and meditation. This combination helps you feel more grounded in your body while gently exploring the deeper, often unconscious patterns that influence your relationships and emotional life. Together, we work toward building a more compassionate and connected relationship with yourself—and, in turn, with others.
