I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, personality disorders, and the emotional impact of medical diagnoses. I also specialize in supporting young adults adjusting to the complexities of early adulthood. My focus is on meeting each client where they are and providing a safe, supportive space to explore their experiences and goals.

In therapy, I take a person-centered and existential approach, helping clients reconnect with themselves, make choices aligned with their values, and create more meaningful lives. I also incorporate evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), offering practical tools to shift unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier ways of thinking and coping. Together, we’ll explore your values and strengths while creating space for self-compassion, growth, and lasting change.

I am completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Connecticut State University. My clinical training includes work in both inpatient and outpatient settings at Yale New Haven Hospital and Rockville General Hospital, where I facilitated CBT groups for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I have also led therapeutic groups focused on building healthy, supportive relationships. I would be honored to be part of your journey and look forward to hearing your story.
