I am a dedicated counselor specializing in life transitions, depression, anxiety, and career-related stress. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients navigate change, manage emotional distress, and build resilience.
Recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique, I provide a nonjudgmental and empowering space where you can explore your experiences, clarify your values, and develop effective coping strategies. By combining evidence-based techniques with deep empathy, I support my clients in cultivating self-acceptance, enhancing psychological flexibility, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I hold a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
