When life changes—personally, professionally, or within our closest relationships—it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from the life we want to be living. Therapy can offer a place to understand those experiences, gain new perspective, and decide what comes next. I enjoy working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, relationship and family challenges, stress, burnout, caregiving responsibilities, and questions of identity and purpose. I have a particular interest in working with women and mothers, including exploring mother-daughter relationships, as well as professionals and executives facing workplace stress, career transitions, leadership challenges, or significant organizational change. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.

My approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based, and mindfulness-informed approaches while emphasizing curiosity, collaboration, and a strong therapeutic relationship. I have particular clinical interests in relationship dynamics, attachment, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, professional burnout, and the ways our past experiences and relationships can continue to influence our present lives. I believe meaningful progress begins when you feel safe enough to explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, allowing you to better understand yourself, gain new perspectives, and make choices that align with the life you want to live.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University and completing my clinical training as an intern under supervision. Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership, consulting, and entrepreneurship, including founding and leading my own business. That experience gives me a firsthand understanding of the pressures that can accompany leadership, organizational growth, career change, and demanding professional environments. My path to counseling was also shaped by my work in animal rescue and a growing desire to devote my career more directly to people and their well-being. Outside of the office, I remain deeply committed to animal rescue and advocacy and enjoy playing music, traveling, and exploring my interests in interior design and architecture.
